You need to register with YourManInIndia.com to be able to use the services or order for any tasks online. Registration is a simple one-step process. Please note that your email id (sign-in email) along with the password provided at the time of registration becomes your key to login to this service. Once you are registered you can login to your account with us by going to the 'My Account' link. At any point of time, if you happen to forget your password you can use the 'forgot password' option available there. The new password will be sent to your default sign-in email account.

How to place an Order ?


Once you are registered, then you are all set to place a task request with us. First, login with the email id to place an order. Then either click on a task category to pick your task or use the free text search facility on the homepage. In most cases, you will end up getting a result with some tasks on our list that matches your query. If you find your task listed then you can also see the information pertaining to the cost of executing the task in India. You can get more detailed information about the task by clicking on the task link. And you can proceed to place an order by using the 'Order' button. If your task is not available on our list, then you can use the 'Others' category to place the order for your custom need.

Once you locate the order fill in all the details as requested for in the order form. Information required to fulfill your task will be available as a link on the same page. Also available will be a city list to guide you on placing your order in the appropriate task.

You can also place an order by calling the toll free line in the US. Your request will be accepted on phone subject to follow up by ordering on the website and payment thereon. Call 1-877-783-5210 from the United States or Canada to avail this free facility. We currently do not provide such a facility in other countries. People from other countries are requested to call our India office for any urgent queries or placement of orders. Call 91-80-28512839 from any where in the world.

The options for payment on our site include credit card and checks / cheques. We accept Visa / MasterCard and Amex cards. Our site does not accept debit cards presently. Payment through the check option will delay processing of your task, as we will commence execution only on encashment of the check.

Your payment through all modes will be kept pending till our customer service reviews your order and accepts it. In case your task is found to be non-serviceable, then your credit card will not be charged. All other refunds on cancellation will be as per refund policy.

My Account


MyAccount is your space within our site from where you can navigate to your order related information and change personal information such as contact info and password for access. You can also proceed to place an order from here by choosing a task from our task list or by entering your custom need into our 'Others' category, if not found in our list.

Once you login into MyAccount using your sign-in email and password you will see the following links.
 

New Orders


Edit orders - These are open orders that are yet to be accepted by our Customer Service. You can request for a change in the details of your order at this stage. Or even request a cancellation and get a full refund.

Track Your Orders - These are orders that have been accepted by our Customer Service. You can track progress on your order.

Pending Orders - These are orders for which payment is pending. If your payment was unsuccessful due to some reason, you can try and pay again using this link.
 

Order History


Here you can see historical information related to your past orders. There will be two links, one for completed orders and the other for cancelled orders.
 

Account Information


There will be links for you to view and modify the following information relating to personal data, password, billing address and shipping address, if any.
 

Message Updates


Every order link in your 'MyAccount' page has the entire details of the order you have placed. There is also a useful facility for you to send and receive messages to /from our customer service pertaining to a particular order during its progress. It acts as a message board for you to post important information, make change requests, if any and send any documents and information that is required to complete the task. Usage of this facility will help you in keeping track of message updates and ensure quality of service from our end as each and every message update from customer service gets stored in our database.
