If TTK is handling your visa or immigration matter, additional information may be requested by the application forms of destination country. These additional items can include items such as your personal and family information, educational background, employment history, travel history, and financial records. As required by relevant visa or governmental authorities such additional sensitive information can include ethnicity, race, religion, trade union membership, health related information, biometrics and information about criminal history.

You provide other Personal Information to us when you:
(a) register to use the services,
(b) order products and services from us,
(c) register to be notified of changes in our website and
(d) send e-mail messages, submit forms or send other information to us.

Consequences of not providing Personal Information
Where we need to collect personal information and you choose not to provide your personal information that is mandatory to process your request, we may not be able to provide you with relevant services.

TTK will take reasonable steps to ensure that all dealings in Personal Information, shall be processed fairly & lawfully and is collected for a lawful purpose connected with a services or activity of TTK and the collection of the sensitive personal data or information is considered necessary for that purpose. The Personal Information shall be available for review by the information provider, as and when requested and it will be kept secure against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, as per the prescribed standards.

With whom the Personal Information may be shared?

How do we safeguard your personal information?
TTK has put in place reasonable and appropriate security practices and procedures including appropriate technical, organizational, and security measures in order to protect personal information from accidental loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. Transferring information outside the EU/EEA
